Why is my 10-year-old poodle mix drinking and peeing so much?

My minature poodle mix has been drinking quite a bit lately. She been on the same food for years now. Her age is estimated to be about 10 now. Nothing new with her diet. Shes been having to go potty more also but I think its from all the water intake. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 lbs
