My 5-week-old puppy is shaking and foaming. Is it a seizure?

My puppy (about 5 weeks) started shaking and foam came out of her mouth. What can be the reason for this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 1 month and 9 days old

From your description it is possible that Roxy had a seizure. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
