My golden retriever overdosed on tick fever medication, now vomiting.

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 1 year and 3 months old | 50 lbs

my 1.5 yr old golden retriever was suffering from tick fever and upon blood test presence of ehrlichia sp was detected.but yesterday accidently about 8ml drug (imidocarb dipropionate 12% injection )was injected which was 5 times more than usuall dose accdng to weight (29kgs)and 2 hrs later after learining about this accident atropine sulphate along with dns was injected..till now he is ok but at night he did vomit.and now he is just having water ,no foods and all..pls suggst me

Hello, I am so sorry this happened to Audi. I would strongly advise you to take Audi to the nearest veterinary emergency hospital for exam, bloodwork to evaluate blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart rate monitoring.
