i slept at a friends house and found out his dog had had a tick on him recently, but it had been cut off. me being me, i swept my car and washed my clothes and dried them twice when i got home. is there a possibility of eggs from that tick infesting my house or were there none to begin with and it’s simply impossible?

Thank you for submitting your question. A tick needs to feed while on a dog and then it will drop off after breeding to lay eggs. So this would not have been possible if the tick was removed from the dog while feeding. It sounds like you did a thorough job of cleaning as well. So I do not believe you need to worry. I hope this information helps!
