My cat has been acting strange all of a sudden. He keeps making gulping sounds like he’s gonna throw up but nothing comes out. He cant meow anymore and he cant purr normally. Whats going on? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old
