Why is my dog licking her raw feet and refusing to eat her food?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 8 years and 4 months old | 68 lbs

Hello it start 3days ago when one of my friends of a so called friend came over a did the grass she some time lick and use her teeth on her feet it has ran so it's can be grass because never happened before nothing new in house and she won't eat her dog food I have to feed her human food she is playful and drank water and go out

This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking/scratching.
