Tuna is talking to you. A slow blink is usually a sign that your kitty is happy and telling you so. A fast blink means : " Hi, I like you, but I am insecure and I am not sure if everything is ok". A normal blink means, "Hi, good morning, all is well", or things to that effect. I usually pick my kitties from the shelter that way. I give them a slow blink, and if they answer with a blink, I am happy and have found my friend. You may want to talk with your kitty in slow blinks. She will enjoy it!
