Is a long road trip safe for an unvaccinated 8-week old puppy?

Hello! I was wondering if it's safe to do a road trip with an 8-week old puppy? It would be a two-week long trip. I've read mixed reviews online. Some say it's fine if we stop every two hours, etc. The pup would always be with us but would meet different friends and family members along the way.

In my opinion it is not a very good idea. The main reason is that your puppy has not been vaccinated yet and at the age of 8-10weeks puppies become susceptible for many infections (including parvovirus). Viruses, such as parvovirus, can be passed on puppies even without direct contact with infected dogs. The virus can be transmitted for example via schoes dirty in soil, cloths, could be picked up in carparks etc.
