Why is my dog suddenly weak, can't walk, eyes droopy, and peeing?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 40 lbs

My jack russel is a energetic but a few hours ago he came in from the back yard and went to his cage laid down and we realized he wasn't getting up he was very weak couldn't walk had to carry his can barely hold head up and also urinated on himself eyes droopy. No vomiting and no diarrhea

This is very strange. Your description sounds like he may have ingested something that was not good for him. This could be anything from marijuana thrown over the fence to herbicide, or similar. I suggest you take him to a pet ER right away for an exam, possibly for making him regurgitate whatever he may have eaten, although it may be too late for that. Of course there may be other causes, but without a hands-on exam it is not possible to find a cause. Your dog will at least need some supportive treatment.
