I ordered nuheart heartworm tabs for small dogs up to 25 pounds by mistake, My dog weighs 92 poumds will it be safe to give him three tabs. Pet's info: Dog | White Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 5 months old | 92 lbs

No you should not give him three Nuheart tablets for up to 25 lbs. You need to take this box back and exchange it for the proper size tablet. The three tablets will not have enough medication to prevent heartworm for your 92lbs dog.
