Your pup is so cute, but I'm sorry that he isn't doing well! There could be a number of things causing his symptoms such as parvovirus if he isn't fully vaccinated, GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or pancreatitis among others. Given that he has been vomiting and has been lethargic since Sunday and isn't getting better, I'd recommend a vet visit for him right away. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms, and can treat him for it. Please take him into a vet now.

Possible causes of vomiting include GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or a pancreatitis. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain what is causing his vomiting, but I can say that when a dog is vomiting for longer than 24 hours, it's time to see a vet. I would take Scooby into a vet now to diagnose what is causing his vomiting so he can be treated. I hope this helps!

In a young puppy with vomiting and lethargy our main concerns include GI parasites, parvo virus, GI foreign body (i.e. dog ate a piece of a toy, fabric, rock, etc.), or dietary indiscretion (i.e. eating something they aren't used to, like a new treat or food from the trash). It would be safest to have your puppy see the veterinarian for an exam and to test for intesitnal parasites and parvo virus. If these are negative, the vet may recommend an x-ray or may treat your dog symptomatically (with anti-vomiting injections) depending on the exam and history.

My dog hasn't ate in the past 2 days. His nose is dry and warm, he has no energy to do anything, he pukes a little.
Your dog should be seen by your veterinarian. Inappetence for this long, accompanied by lethargy is a cause for concern. Your pet may have eaten something he shouldn't have which has upset his stomach, he might have swallowed something, for example, part of a chew toy, that has gotten caught and is causing a blockage somewhere in his gastrointestinal tract. He could be sore from a hidden injury you are unaware of, he could have been exposed to some sort of toxin or irritant in his environment or this could be early signs of another condition or disease process. If he isn't showing any specific symptoms, I would still get him in to see your vet if he hasn't improved significantly. Your vet can do an exam, blood work and possibly x-rays to determine the cause of the illness and suggest an effective treatment plan.

My dog threw this up and I'm concerned. Hasn't had first shots yet. No blood or diarrhea. Recently treated with 7day dewormer. Slightly lethargic but otherwise healthy
Poor puppy. That looks like digested food that he vomited up. He may have eaten something that he shouldn't have. Therefore I would try to fast him for 12 hours and then offer him small amounts of boiled chicken and plain rice. If he is still vomiting, lethargic, or has lack of appetite and diarrhea, then I would be concerned he may have either intestinal parasites or has contracted the deadly parvovirus. It is best to have him seen by your local veterinarian if he is not getting better. Hopefully he just got into something he shouldn't have and will show improvement within the next 12 to 24 hours. I would recommend that Jack get checked out by a vet as soon as possible. If he can't keep down fluids he will become dehydrated very quickly. He may have stopped eating while you are gone because he missed you, but it might have also been a coincidence in timing and that is just when he started showing signs of illness. Vomiting and lethargy in a puppy can be caused by dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, GI blockage, gastroenteritis, bacterial or viral infection (such as parvo virus), among others. After a thorough medical exam and questions on his vaccination history, the vet may recommend diagnostics such as bloodwork, parvo testing, or x-rays to see what could be causing his illness.

Poor Hunter! He could be suffering from a severe GI infection, foreign body, or eating something rotten. If he isn't fully vaccinated, he could have parvovirus. It's extremely serious that he has had these symptoms for four days, and he needs veterinary attention now. The vet can do a physical, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. He likely need a shot to stop vomiting and IV fluids for hydration, as well as any other medications the vet deems necessary. Please take Hunter into a vet now.

I would have Chloe seen by a vet. I'm not sure if she is vaccinated or not, but if she isn't, her vomiting could be due to parvovirus. This is an often fatal infection of young unvaccinated puppies of which there is no cure. Her vomiting and anorexia could also be due to GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. I would take Chloe into a vet immediately to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.

Poor girl. Vomiting more than 1-2 times and lethargy are major concerns for an internal illness such as kidney disease, liver disease, pancreatitis or even a viral infection. It is imperative that you take Baby to your local vet for diagnostic testing to determine what her internal illness is so that we know how to best help her. Anything you give her by mouth will likely be vomited back up, so I would not recommend offering her anything but water and getting her to a vet asap. Hopefully this is something we can treat her for and get her feeling better soon. I hope that your furry friend Baby feels better soon! Best wishes and take care.

It sounds like your dog is sick. The drooling can be due to nausea, and the lethargy, vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would take your dog into a vet right away for an exam, he sounds quite ill with all these symptoms, and he needs to be medically treated ASAP.

Puppy suddenly vomited, over the next hour he kept vomiting then delevoled diarrhea and became lethargic. He was perfectly fine until 4pm when he began to randomly vomit.
Persistent vomiting and diarrhea in a young puppy is a significant problem that should be addressed as soon as possible. Some common issues that can cause this include the Parvovirus, ingestion of a foreign body (toys, plant material, etc), and other infectious / inflammatory conditions. I would definitely have him examined by your veterinarian today, making sure to tell them the symptoms on the telephone before you arrive. They may want to keep you and your pup out of the general waiting area until they have ruled out a contagious disease like the Parvovirus. Hope this helps and that Grayson is feeling OK.
