My dog has a bump after vaccination. Should I worry or see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 11.8 lbs

I noticed a small not so visible small bump on my dogs waste side on 4/5/18 she was vaccinated and got her rabies last week 4/3/18 it wasn't there,it's on her left side I've touched and pressed it and it doesn't seem to bother her shes eating,drinking and going to the bathroom normally.very playful as always acting her self,should I be worried and take her back to the vet?

This could be a skin reaction to a sting or bite, or a cyst or a little abscess or in fact a small tumor or wart. I suggest you observe the spot weekly, and if it changes in size or color or if it starts to hurt or the skin around it turns red, then you should have it examined by your veterinarian. If it stays the same or gets smaller, then it is likely nothing you have to worry about and you can show it to your vet the during the next routine visit.
