How to introduce a new, untrained dog to an aggressive dog pack?

I adopted a German Shepherd in 2016,he was left in a garden for years after his owners died.we have 3 other dogs and we have trouble with it.one of the three dogs are aggressive and protective of the other 2,and whenever they meet he jumps on Rexi and attacks him. How can we get them together without fights? Rexi is kind of aggressive,doesn’t attack but protects himself rather. How do we introduce a new dog to the pack? He isn’t trained and doesn’t listen.
