A check up at your local veterinarian could easily confirm the pregnancy. Depending on which stage of the pregnancy she is, different type of diagnostic techniques can be used (mainly radiographs vs ultrasound). The other way would be to wait and see her completing the pregnancy (about 60 days). You will know for sure when the puppies come out! You can also take Marley to the vet to see if she is pregnant. An ultrasound can be done 25 days after a possible breeding, and x-rays can be done 45 days after breeding. You can't tell for sure based on an enlarging belly and/or mammary glands since a false or pseudo-pregnancy (no puppies) can cause these to occur, as well.

Without seeing Dakota in person, there is no way we can say if she is pregnant or not. I'd wait until 45 days after she mated, then take her into the vet. The vet can do x-rays to confirm the pregnancy, and can tell you how many puppies she is carrying. Best of luck.
