My 9-week-old puppy has a neck lump and acne. Is it serious?

9 week old puppy has got a lump on left side of neck, acne around face and mouth, all we can think is he was licking rotten snail. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 6 days old | 8.8 lbs

Poor baby! This could be a serious problem like a bacterial infection caused by strep called strangles or just a simple infection. I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at him soon before it gets worse. This can be easily treated if caught early. I hope this helps!
