Dog vomiting and bloody diarrhea: What to do before vet opens?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 27 days old | 22 lbs

My dog has pooped blood and has been vomitting any liquid we give her. The nearesr vet from us will be open around 8am and it's 1 in the morning from where we are. I hooe yoy can help

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Tauriel! I would stop giving her water and food. Fast her. Continuing to give her water or food by mouth will cause more vomiting. There is nothing to do until your Vet opens otherwise. Causes of vomiting and diarrhea are: intestinal parasites, viral (especially parvo if not up to date on vaccines) or bacterial infections, dietary indiscretion, pancreatitis, toxin ingestion, food allergy/intolerance, reaction to new food/treats/table food. She needs medications from your Vet to help her. Have her there at the door at 8am. I wish you the best!
