That would depend on the size of your tank and the size of the oscars. Arowanas need a lot of space usually. I have seen them successfully being kept with arowanas before, but the oscars must be at least the same size of their mouth, not smaller. Unfortunately there are not fixed ruled and the only way would be to try them out together.     Thanks for reaching out. Arowanas and oscars are both fairly aggressive fish, so placing them all together might end up in aggression. Arowanas also grow a lot larger, so over time, aggression might develop. Providing plenty of hiding spots and keeping them well fed might diminish aggression and territoriality. For more additional information about arowanas, contacting a local fish group might provide more information. Telling everything about arowanas is a pretty large request. Good luck.
