Why is my dog's nose cold, body warm, and she's so lethargic?

Cold head and nose but body is warm. Lethargic just sleeps. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 6 months old

Lethargy can be caused by so many things and with her age, it would be wise to have her examined and to have her blood tested to see if there are any explanations for her presentation on the blood testing or on the physical examination.
