My cat swallowed a shoestring and is vomiting. Is it an emergency?

We think maybe our cat at a shoe string, not sure. She vomited three different spots last night, but before was eating and going to the restroom. Do I need to take her to the ER or can I wait till morning? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9.2 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Zula! If she is extremely lethargic and is vomiting a lot she should go to the ER today. If she seems ok and the vomiting is minimal she should she your Vet first thing in the morning in case she needs surgery. I wish you the best of luck!
