Why are my dog's ears itchy and stinky, even after cleaning them?

Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old

My English crooker spanial female has itchy ears all day...she tell to rub then n these day it stinks also. I gave her bath yesterday n cleaned her ears but nothing much came out ...but she is whole day irreated with ears. Climate is 45 degree C here. Is it bcoz of climate.

Naughty most likely has ear canal infection, which will not go away without a course of antibiotics (either as ear drops or oral form). Ear infection is a common problem in English Spaniels. Please, take Naughty to your local vet to check the ears and to get medications for your dog.
