Why does my dog throw up after exercise, even when cooled down?

Riley is a 45lb pit mix and we feed her wet food. Any time she runs, no matter how long ago she ate, she spits up when she’s all calmed down and cooled off. Why does she do this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old | 45 lbs

This could be due to acid reflux. You can try an over the counter acid reflux medication. If this does not help then I recommend you have Riley examined by your veterinarian for diagnostics and recommended treatment.
