My 60lb dog eats human food. How can I help her lose weight safely?

My dog is maybe 3 years old or 4 and she eats human food we don’t really know her breed she’s about 60 sum pounds is she ok ? What do we need to do to make her loose some weight. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 62 lbs

This diet in itself can help with weight loss in dogs. Also, it is important to avoid feeding her human food as that will likely continue to result in weight gain.
