My dog has red spot & swollen nipples after grass. Allergies?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 8 years and 3 months old | 52 lbs

After spending all day outside and rolling around in the grass, my dog has a red spot on her chest and two swollen nipples. I have never noticed this before after walks or play, which we do a lot. Could it be because of seasonal allergies? Or could it be something worse? Just for reference, it was sunny and 80° today when she got the redness.

One possibility is that Finley is allergic to grass, it is quite common. it could be an allergy to something else as well. if this doesn't seem to resolve within a few days i would recommend taking her to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
