My dog gets a rash on her belly after swimming. What should I do?

Every time my Jack Russell gets in water, even her own kiddie pool her belly breaks out in red small bumps. They do go away after a week of no swimming but she loves her pool. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 20 lbs

I would recommend using a shampoo such as Douxo PS Calm shampoo and conditioner, which can be found online quite easily. I hope this helps!
