Why are my cats dripping poop while walking? What could be wrong?

Question

I have a male cat and a female cat who had been dripping poop while laying down or walking..the male has suddenly stopped doing that and I found the female cat dead yesterday..Now I noticed another one of my female cats doing the same thing.I don't know what to do or what is wrong with them. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed

Based on your description, I would have the sick / affected cat(s) examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
