What are these spots or lumps on my dog's skin? Should I worry?

I'm not sure what these spots/lumps on my dog are, just wanted to ask for what they could be. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 7 months old | 12 lbs

These look like little warts, that could be harmless. However I am a little worried that they have pigment around them and are not pink as they probably should be, I suggest you take Peluchin to a veterinarian and have the masses examined hands-on. Your vet may want to do a little biopsy taking one of those growths out and sending it in to determine whether they are benign or not. So, best schedule an appointment with your vet.
