My cat is struggling to breathe; is there something in her nose?

Hi. My cat have a breathing problem. In the photos you can see an object in noise. But no one couldnt undertand And ı have A video . You can hear the Voices.

This could be a polyp or a tumor or a foreign object. This will need to be removed. If your local vet cannot remove that, you may need to take your cat to a clinic in a larger city or at the veterinary hospital at the nearest veterinary university. Unfortunately without seeing the cat's nose with the foreign body, there is no way I can suggest a treatment or possible cause.
