Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | 5 years and 9 months old | 9 lbs
Zoro had been neutered yesterday and came home yesterday in the evening. He is now ok, just a bit slow. I wanted to ask can I pick him up/hold him? he usually comes up stairs, down stairs and I pick him up to carry up or down the stairs. now he jumps on a bed and I am not sure if it is safe for him so I try to pick him up when he wants to.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Zoro. If he seems comfortable, it is fine to pick him up and carry him. He will let you know. Do your best to limit his activities such as stairs and jumping. This can be difficult though as cats can be quite independent. Just monitor his incision site for any swelling. I hope this information helps!
