My dog's front legs are turning out. Should I be worried and what to do?

Hello, I have noticed that my dogs front legs are begging to turn way out, he doesnt seem to be in pain but I am still worried. Why is this happening and is there something I can do?

This is common in some toy and small breeds and is not treatable but in other cases can be nutritional or due to joint problems. I recommend a full physical check up, acupuncture and chiropractic care may help if no obvious cause is identified
