Puppy fell from cart, nose bled. He's fine, but should I worry?

Question

My puppy fell out of a shopping cart less than 24 hours ago. His nose bleed when he fell but it hasn't since the accident. I checked him.for and bumps or scratches he has none. He's been playing and eating normally. I did the pupil teat and they both contracted . I think hell b okay but I'm still a little worried. Any advice ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 11 days old | 2 lbs

I’s sorry to hear about Gizmo but this happens VERY commonly so don’t beat yourself up. If he is eating well and playing, I’m not very concerned. If he does become lethargic or his pupils look different or you have concerns, get him checked out. My guess is that he’ll be fine! Best of luck to you and Gizmo!
