In your experience is clindamycin oral or clindamycin injections SQ more effective against URI in cats? Specifically kittens. My 4 week foster is on .02 clin SQ BID and though I've seen some improvement she is still pretty sick after day 7. I'm wondering if the oral clindamycin would possibly be better. She's already tried clavamox and doxycycline and they both made her lose her appetite completely

This is not the antibiotic of choice for URI in cats, the most suitable antibiotics for this condition at this are are Zhitromax and Veraflox. doxycycline should never be given to a kitten this young and clavamox is usually much less effective for URI in cats.
