My dog had a stillborn, then stopped labor. Are more puppies inside?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 100 lbs

My dog (French mastiff x breed) is at day 63 of gestation. She showed signs of labor early last evening and an hour later she produced a stillborn pup. She hasn’t had anymore and has shown no signs of contractions, pain, she was eating yesterday but this morning hasn’t touched it. It’s veen 12 hours since the stillborn. She’s resting. There’s no blood or green discharge Has red brown discharge (little) vomit early this morning but isn’t under duress. I’ve been told this normal

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Mocha. If she had x-rays while pregnant and she was only expecting one puppy, then she is probably doing fine. However, if she was expecting more puppies or you don't know the number of puppies, she will need to see her veterinarian. She will need an x-ray to ensure there are not any more puppies that have not been born yet. I hope this information helps!
