My pregnant dog is sick: vomiting, bloody stool, weak. What to do?

My dog is 2-3 weeks pregnant now. Yesterday she vomited and now she pooped with blood on it. She is really weak and has no appetite. What should i do? Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 1 month old

I am sorry to hear that Flirt is so sick. There are many possibilities of what could be going on, but I am concerned about colitis or even hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. The bloody diarrhea and lethargy is very concerning. Dogs with HGE can become gravely ill very quickly. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian immediately.
