My pregnant cat bled, now looks not pregnant. Did she eat kittens?

My cat was pregnant. I woke up to blood on my bed and drips of blood on my floor. I checked her and she seemed fine.. I went to work, but now she doesn't look pregnant and her belly isn't hard. I searched around the house and haven't found anything, and she isn't looking for them if she did have them. Did she eat them? There are several possibilities: She had a miscarriage and the kittens were dead and she cleaned up, ie ate them. Or she had them and hid them. You will know soon, when she disappears once in a while....you may need to follow her secretly to find the babies. third possibilities is that the babies had some defects and she ate them. She will have a discharge for about a week , which should be odorless. If she gets lethargic, stops eating or if the discharge gets smelly she will need to be examined by a vet.
