My cat seems sad, sleeps a lot, won't play or groom. What's wrong?

I adopted manny and her sister but I saw manny like sad, doctor said he is ok but he's sleeping to much and he doesn't clean by himself and not play, her sister looking him for play even if he is in the litter box and he just do nothing, what can I do? He may just be a super lazy cat but I am surprised as a kitten that he isn't playing some. I would talk to your vet about running some additional diagnostics like a feline leukemia/aids test and blood work. I am worried there is something more going on and further tests need to be done to find this out. I hope this helps!
