Hello. There is nothing in the product label that indicates use for ear mites, but often this is just not tested for. In terms of flea life cycle, only the adult flea is affected. If the flea lays eggs on your pet prior to dying from the insecticide ( unlikely since a flea needs a blood meal to lay eggs ), theoretically those eggs will hatch on the ground. Flea eggs do not hatch on the pet. Some flea products do contain insect growth regulators that prevent hatching or flea development, but Activyl does not make this claim.
