If Milky is having difficulty urinating, I would recommend having her rechecked by the veterinarian to make sure she is not blocked. If she is still having symptoms of a urinary tract infection, I would give it the full course (typically 14-21 days) before rechecking with the veterinarian. But if she is straining to urinate and there is no urine coming out, I would get her to the vet immediately to be examined. I hope this helps and hope Milky gets better soon! Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further. Please remember to rate this answer as helpful or not. Thank you!
