What food should I give my sick month-old kitten with diarrhea?

the question i submitted was incomplete. so here it is again, but clearer my month old kitten has fever, teary eyes, diarrhea, eats only a few bites even when i hand feed him. he was sick since yesterday and gave him unprescribed medicine i bought from an agrivet store because the local vet isn't in his office since yesterday. the sales lady is a vet so she gave me the right meds but there was no proper check up. what food should i give him while he has diarrhea? veggies? cat food? solid or wet. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 5 days old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Benz should eat kitten food either dry or canned. The other option is a prescription intestinal diet approved for growth like Hill’s i/d. I still recommend an exam, fecal testing, deworming and medications for the diarrhea. I wish Benz a speedy recovery.
