My dog licks faces with human skincare products. Is that dangerous?

My dog really enjoys licking people’s’ faces. If they have face products (serum, cream, gel) on, is that dangerous for my dog? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 6 months and 18 days old | 15.3 lbs

Usually only small quantities are ingested and are not harmful at all. Occasional diarrhoea and vomiting episodes may be noticed, but should be self limiting.
