Yes! Our service is indeed free. Simply pick the default combination when creating your question: "Brief answer" & "Within a day". You can expect to receive your answer fairly quickly, usually within a few hours. That said, there are fees for consultations, by phone or text based, and for expedited answers (within 30 minutes or its free). Furthermore, Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're unhappy with a paid answer or consultation, you will have the charge refunded. Yes! Just post on the forum as you did, but let us know your question. I believe if you are a member there is no charge for an "expedited" answer, which would have a fee for a non member. This option will very likely get you an answer within 30 minutes, though unfortunately we cannot guarantee that.
