My dog has bumps on his lips. What's causing them and how to treat?

I don’t know how he got some infection like thing on his mouth area please check it out and advise what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 66 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The most common cause for the bumps around Ben's lips are a deep pyoderma (skin infection), juvenile cellulitis, an immune condition or demodex. I would recommend starting with a 3 week course of oral antibiotics. I would change his food bowels to metal or glass and clean them thouroughly daily. If you are using ceramic or porous bowels I would throw them away. I wish you the best!
