Why is my dog's skin flaky, itchy, has fleas/ticks, and vomiting?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered

Weeks ago it was his skin and I contacted one the doctor and she said it was a skin infection. So I brought him medicine and gave him a bath.so medicine hasn't been working And where the infection Is he would scratch there and it would bleed because he scratch his skin off but now it's just very flaky and I gave him a bath and I use everything I look up and now he have ticks on him and he have that scar by his tale And he has been throwing up . I look up and done everything . I need help?

Due to the location it looks like Grumpthy may have fleas. Fleas can be very itchy and in turn create a skin infection. I would recommend flea/tick protection. I would also recommend an appointment with your veterinarian. They could provide a good physical examination to determine if that is what is causing the lesions at the base of his tail.
