Is a 7-wk Boxer puppy's red eyes, runny nose, and eating weeds normal?

I have a 7 wk old boxer puppy ! Is it normal for his eyes to be red .. i take him out to potty , but I’ve noticed that he try’s to eat the weeds and dandelions . Also he’s been having a slight runny nose . Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 20 days old | 58 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Jax is adorable!! Thanks for the pictures! I think his eyes look normal. I tend to see puppies with droopy eyes occasionally get red conjunctival tissues especially when tired. And sometimes after excitement. If he develops squinting or abnormal eye discharge then I recommend your Vet examining the eyes. I wish you the best!
