My puppy has red belly rashes. Can bathing prevent them? How often?

My puppy is recently developing red rashes in her belly area which are healing on the application of an antiseptic cream. Will a bath help to prevent the rashes? If yes, then how often how I bathe her? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 45 lbs

Hello. Many puppies are susceptible to mild skin infection, & they usually will outgrow this. Bathing twice a week in any mild shampoo will definitely help by decreasing the bacterial numbers on the skin. Make sure you use cool water & rinse all soap off thoroughly.
