My dog is vomiting and won't eat. When should I call the vet?

If Shieyah is vomiting and not stopping I would recommend a veterinarian. They can provide a medication to stop the vomiting and make sure it is nothing to be concerned about, like pancreatitis or even a foreign body. If she vomited once. I would withhold food for about 6 hours and rec small multiple meals of boiled chicken and white rice or a prescription bland diet. If she gets worse after this then she needs to see a veterinarian.
