Why is my 7-year-old Doberman weak, thin, won't drink, and head shakes?

my doberman age 7become thin and weak .He refused to drink water bt like to have some milk. his nouse is also watering.and I sometime notice that his head portion also vibrating little so what can cure the problem. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male

Hi and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I'm so sorry Boomar isn't doing well. There are many illnesses that can cause weight loss and not eating. He needs to see a veterinarian to determine what is causing his problem. Anything from parasites, viral disease, heart dieases or cancer may cause weightloss and illness. Head tremors may be weakness from not eating or may be seizures. Please get Boomar to a veterinarian asap for some care. I hope he improves soon.
