Hello doctor My dog face and body is full of acne and pimples or i dont know what is it It started with small pimples and now its all over his body I took him to the vet but he couldn't explain it I need your help please. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 months and 16 days old | 22 lbs

Puppies can develop a rash on their belly known as a sterile pyoderma. This typically resolves with bathing using a medicated shampoo. There is a disease known as puppy strangles. This may be what Tyson is experiencing. It is an immune disorder that being with swelling in the face. Then pustules typically develop. It is managed with drugs to suppress the dog's immune system.
