Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 4 years and 11 months old | 80 lbs
My German shepherd has been having very loud rumbling, gurgling stomach noises and won't eat but is drinking , playing and being his normal self other than the loud noises and not eating. It seems to be happening once a week. I have changed his diet and been giving more fiber. I don't known What it could be at this point. He snaps out of it within 24 hours and will eat normally for a week and then it repeats

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The signs you are describing can be due to dietary indiscretion (a treat, human food, or something Watson shouldn’t be getting into outside), inflammatory bowel disease, or a food sensitivity. I recommend having Watson seen by his vet to make sure his diet is appropriate, and rule out intestinal parasites, infections, and food sensitivities. I would also be happy to provide a consultation to learn more about Watson’s signs, diet, and provide some more insight on what may be going on. I hope all is well!
