My senior unspayed dog has a lump, eye, and vulva bleeding. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

Hello! I have an unusual case with my unspayed female dog. We believe she is around ten. She has allergies/itching of the stomach and tail, blood behind one eye, a mammary lump that has shrunk in size after antibiotics, and bleeding from the vuvla. The vet said she thought she had lymphoma or some of tick bourne disease, the second option I find unlikely. These seem like such weird signs, and she she behaving normally, eating and drinking. I would love some insight into what is happening

Many mammary tumours shrink temporarily after antibiotics as they often become infected in the centre, intact bitches can also develop mastitis which responds to antibiotics also. I would be concerned the bloodied discharge could be related to a womb infection and would recommend an ultrasound to rule this out. Bleeding around the eye is a warning flag for lymphoma but can occur secondary to many inflammatory conditions, referral to an ophthalmologist would be worthwhile in order to explore all avenues
