My Great Dane has a spot on his face. Is it a tick or skin growth?

I have a Great Dane. He is almost 2 and a half years old. He is in perfect health but today I noticed this on his face. It doesn’t bother him when it’s touched. I was just wondering if it was a skin growth. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 160 lbs

I cannot say with 100% certainty, but this appears to be a tick. Try moving the hair away to look near the skin for legs...small black legs that may move when you touch it. If it is a tick, you can gently grab the base or attachment site with a tissue and pull it off.
